We work with all our licenses very closely to create one-of-a-kind merchandise for all the superfans out there! Celebrate your love for these beloved licenses with our pop-culture must-have everyday items.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?

We understand, things happen! If you are not satisfied with the size or quality of your item(s) Flux Outfitters will gladly refund qualified items up to 30 days after the purchase date with an original receipt. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

To be eligible for a full refund item(s) must be in their original state: unwashed, unaltered and must have all hangtags attached. Refunds must be in sellable condition, otherwise a restocking fee may apply.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuits
  • Hosiery
  • Face Masks

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at Flux Outfitters discretion. Please note, return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

*Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, merchandise purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31st the following year.

HOW TO RETURN A GIFT

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e., purchased as a gift from a third party), must have the original receipt. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Flux Outfitters offers a one-time only price adjustment on items purchased at regular price with 7 days of purchase. If a price adjustment is not available on any given promotion, it will be stated in the promotion terms and conditions.

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at Flux Outfitters discretion.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Problem with your order? Changed your mind? No problem!

Once you place an order, you have one hour to cancel your item(s). Please note, overnight and second day shipping orders cannot be cancelled. After cancelling your item(s), you may still see a pending charge. This charge should disappear within 5-7 business days.

Should you encounter any issues cancelling your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team within the hour of purchases your item(s). We are unable to cancel any orders once it is in transit.

RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS?

We’re sorry to hear your item(s) were damaged!

Damaged products can be returned within the 30-day purchasing window. Please make sure you include the following information in your email:

  • First/Last Name
  • Order ID #
  • Please include a picture of the damaged product(s).

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Flux Outfitters discretion.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow for 2-4 weeks for us to receive your item(s). When we receive your package, we’ll refund you within 7 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place.

*Please Note: Banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Fluxoutfitters.ca ships to addresses across Canada. When your shipping confirmation is received, it will include your order’s shipment tracking link. Please use the unique link sent to you to track your packages shipping time.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. Shipping times provided bellow are approximate and not guaranteed – weather, volume and unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery times.
